Important Delivery Information

Hampers are delivered during office hours - Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM. Public holiday and out of hours deliveries can be arranged for a small additional cost, please phone to arrange.

We can deliver to PO Boxes if required. Please note hampers will be delivered through Australia Post and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Additional delivery costs may occur, please call to arrange PO Box deliveries.

Hamper Art do not currently deliver overseas.

The prices listed are inclusive of Australian Government GST.

If we are delivering to a hospital please ensure the patient will still be there during the delivery times.

If the recipient is not home the hamper will be left if there is a suitable place at the property, if there is no suitable place a calling card will be left.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the hamper has left our premises.

Delivery to a business address is always advisable. The business/organisation name must be provided on your order for our couriers to deliver to a business address.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

We use Australian Air Express and Classic Couriers to deliver your purchase, should you require shipping by other means you must contact us or add your preferred shipping option in the comments section of the sale process.
